Sara...

  • ...is a happy, ordinary, middle-aged, suburban woman who paints odd pictures, gardens in a straw hat, lives with the love of her life, is owned by one cat and the ghosts of several others, and walks a little funny 'cause she has a fake leg. She started this website because there's more to life than what we lose, and we need to let each other know what's possible, even if it's only a happy, ordinary life.

Woo hoo! Congratulations! It's been fun to have you around the blog neighborhood again, though I do understand your need to take a break and deal with IRT stuff. Thanks for the badge - I'm using it!

Don't make it too long - I'll miss you!

Mazel Tov, Sara!! And come back soon. Although I do think that a new leg socket should take priority. ;-)

it's been wonderful, seeing so many posts from you! plus, my cats got smurglebagged, so they are very grateful.

hoping the socket gets reworked to reasonable comfort, and that you feel moved to write soon! xoxox

I thought you did brilliantly - well done! I did read it all, even if I haven't commented much. Enjoy your hard-earned rest. :-)

How can an adorable kitten ever mean failure? I'm shocked, really. Kittens are always success.

Super adorable! Even if I had blogged every day, I'd want that kitten badge - too cute!
